Welcome to Jen the Dog Nanny, your trusted partner for pet sitting, walking, and veterinary services in Colorado Springs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

Jen the Dog Nanny provides pet sitting, walking, and select veterinary services as described in our service offerings.
All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
You must complete our client and pet information forms before services begin. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service refusal.

Insurance and Bonding

Jen the Dog Nanny is insured and bonded for the protection of clients and their pets.
Proof of insurance and bonding is available upon request.
Our liability is limited to incidents directly related to our services, provided reasonable precautions have been taken.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Returned checks or failed transactions may incur a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary pet supplies, including but not limited to food, leashes, carriers, and medication.
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions. Proof of vaccination may be required.
Accurate details about your pet’s temperament, medical history, and behavioral issues must be disclosed.
Secure access to your property must be provided. Jen the Dog Nanny is not liable for damages resulting from faulty locks, alarms, or other security devices.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a pet emergency, we will contact the pet’s veterinarian and the client immediately.
If we are unable to reach the client, we will act in the pet’s best interest, including seeking emergency veterinary care. The client is responsible for all associated costs.

Pet Safety and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet demonstrates aggressive behavior or poses a safety risk.
Pets must wear identification tags during services.
We are not responsible for injuries or incidents that occur due to prior medical conditions, uncontrollable behaviors, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations and Refunds.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may not be refunded.
If services are interrupted or canceled due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen events, we will reschedule or issue credits at our discretion.

Privacy and Data Protection

Jen the Dog Nanny respects client privacy. Personal information is collected solely for service delivery and is not shared with third parties without consent.
Our team will not photograph or share images of your pet without explicit permission.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Jen the Dog Nanny harmless from all claims, damages, or expenses arising from services provided unless caused by our gross negligence.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado Springs.
